2. Nature of Service
FundMatrix provides independent research, analytics, and data visualisation for Indian mutual funds. The platform is an information service only. It is not a stockbroker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or mutual fund distributor as defined under applicable Indian law.
3. Permitted Use
You may use this platform for personal, non-commercial research and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any data, scores, rankings, or content from this platform without express written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
The Fund Stability Score methodology, algorithm, weighting framework, and scoring system are proprietary to FundMatrix and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The name "FundMatrix", the five-pillar stability framework, and all associated branding are the property of FundMatrix. NAV, TER, and AUM data is sourced from AMFI and remains the property of the respective mutual fund houses and AMFI.
5. No Investment Advice
Nothing on this platform should be construed as investment advice. FundMatrix does not recommend any specific mutual fund scheme. Users should make their own independent assessment or consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before making investment decisions.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your city], India.
